Where do you ship to?
Anywhere where mail delivers! But keep in mind: only the continental U.S. is eligible for free shipping.
How long does shipping take?
The turnaround time from your order being made to being packed and shipped is around 2-3 weeks.
The time from shipping to arrival depends on where you live and the time of year. For U.S. shipping, 2-5 business days is average.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number/link once the shipping label is made.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Due to the custom nature of my work, items from my shop are not eligible for returns.
Can I exchange for a different item?
